Micah 6:8 states:
He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly, To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?
It’s funny how we all want the Lord to have mercy on us, but never on our adversary. The Lord loves us, all of us. We should ask for all parties to receive mercy.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again (Matthew 7:2).
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again (Luke 6:38).
I beseech you, sisters and brothers, love mercy- giving it and receiving it also.
